Choosing a Session Style
Please decide on the session you want before you arrive for your appointment. If you have any questions about your choice of sessions, call or visit the studio during our regular office hours.
Skin Problems
Don’t worry if you develop a skin problem. Our finished portraits are fully retouched to eliminate blemishes and soften harsh lines.
Glasses
We can remove normal glare on glasses, but tinted glasses cannot be lightened even with artwork. If your glasses are exceptionally thick, they can distort the way the camera photographs the eye. In this case, you should consider asking your optometrist for a pair of empty frames to wear for your portrait session.
Braces
Braces can be removed with artwork at an extra charge. However, many dentists are willing to remove braces for your session if you take the time to schedule the procedure.
When will I get my portrait previews?
Within two to three weeks after your portrait session
When do I decide what portraits I want to order?
Not until after you have seen your previews. We will notify you when they are ready.
When will my finished portraits be ready?
Approximately six to eight weeks from the date your order is placed. Add more time when special artwork is required.
Can I order additional portraits later?
Certainly. But be sure to order plenty of wallets with your initial order to avoid reorder charges.
